Just had my first visit and Lexi was so kind and personable. She made the whole experience a great first impression on the service. I was nervous going, but I was reassured through the whole process and she took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions which had made it go smoothly which I appreciated!

I had a laser hair removal service done by Lexi and she was AMAZING! This was my 7th session so it was quite “spicy” however Lexi pull out an ice pack technique and it went from my expectations of being quite painful to feeling like my 2nd session. Thank you Lexy for taking the time to ensure I was taken care of, comfortable and minimizing the discomfort VERY MUCH! Looking forward to my next session with Lexi!

I must say that my 1st experience with Ideal was awesome. The Diamond glow service that I receive was impeccable and Bella the wonderful woman that did my services was patient excellent skills. I was very elated to have her take care of me today. I just got my laser removal. I am impressed by that also and I’m gonna keep coming back and I recommend that you schedule and get in there and get your services. They are awesome.
